Thank you, ma'am. We've had a lot of professors come up here to the Green Giant country to study the answer to that one. You see, we have special ways of making the soil richer so that our vines grow faster. So, we can pick good-sized peas that are still babies in tenderness.
What gets these pea scientists is the way we know in advance just when our peas reach their one fleeting moment of perfect flavor. That comes about 60 days after planting-maybe at midnight, maybe at dawn. Whenever it comes, that's when we pick 'em!
