TV STAR SHEILA BUXTON TELLS YOU HOW TO GIVE A Do-it-Yourself Party!
The credit titles fade. (The studio relaxes) The producer's voice comes over the Tannoy: "Thanks, Sheila. That was great." And now to celebrate the first show of a new TV series, every thing's ready. For Sheila Buxton is giving a fashionable do-it-yourself party. Before the show she prepared a number of exciting sandwich fillings, and bought a mouth watering selection of good fresh bread and delicious rolls. All the gang have to do is help themselves. So much easier for everybody. And Sheila can spend all her time with her guests. Why don't you give a do-it-yourself party this week-end? It's fun.'
Good eating begins with good fresh Bread
How they enjoyed the food, the smart girls at this party! And notice that there was plenty of good fresh bread on the table. Bread that gives a girl going, places energy, gives her protein and iron for a lithe, healthy body, calcium for good bones and teeth. Bread also gives her the essential B vitamins. A lively girl, enjoying life, ought to have plenty of bread. That way she makes sure of continued energy, the sparkling vitality everyone admires.

Note: All flour contains, per 100 grams of flour: Vitamin B1, not less than 0.2-4 mg., Niacin, not less than 1.60 mg., Iron, not less than 1.65 mg., Calcium, not less than 94 mg.
Sheila also put on the table, slices of ham and tongue, quarters of boiled egg, whole tomatoes, assorted pickles and cold sausages.
